Selfie Video Around the World in One Minute

One-minute selfie video is a wild adventure from dogsledding in Norway, windsurfing in Aruba and feasting in Japan to festival-hopping across the globe

This selfie around the world video, a recap of my travels in 2016, is a celebration of all the positive moments and memorable life experiences the year has brought with it. While 2016 has been a rocky one, both internationally and right here at home, we shouldn't downplay the people, places and adventures that have brought joy into our lives.

Think about it: New experiences keep us curious and inspire us to innovate while meeting people from different cultures makes us compassionate, wiser individuals. Visiting a country for the first time offers much-needed perspective and helps us realize how small we are in the grand scheme.

While everyone around you might be complaining that "2016 can't end soon enough," take a moment to think about the adventures, trips, visits with family and friends, and the undeniably good times that brought meaning into your life this year.

We live in a wonderful world that is full of beauty, charm and adventure. There is no end to the adventures that we can have if only we seek them with our eyes open.
— Jawaharlal Nehru, the First Prime Minister of India
